1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GkingTopup ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App immediately.

2. Services Provided

GkingTopup offers the following digital transaction services:

  • Airtime and data top-up for major Nigerian networks (MTN, Glo, Airtel, 9mobile)
  • Airtime-to-cash conversion
  • Bill payments for electricity, water, and utilities
  • Cable TV subscription renewal (DStv, GOtv, Startimes, Showmax)
  • Educational PIN purchases (WAEC/NECO)
  • Recharge card PIN generation
  • Bulk SMS services
  • Betting account funding
  • Wallet transactions and transaction history tracking
  • Affiliate program participation
  • VTU API integration for developers

3. User Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate personal information during registration
  • Keep login details confidential
  • Use the App for lawful purposes only
  • Refrain from any fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities

4. Wallet & Transactions

  • Wallet funding may be done via supported payment methods
  • GkingTopup is not liable for delays or failed transactions caused by third-party services
  • Refunds may be processed only in cases of proven error or failure attributable to the App

5. Airtime-to-Cash Conversion

  • Conversion rates are subject to change without prior notice
  • Submitted airtime must be valid and legally obtained
  • Transactions may be verified before wallet crediting

6. Affiliate Program

  • Affiliates must promote services ethically and truthfully
  • Commissions are earned only on completed and verified referrals
  • Misuse or manipulation of referral systems may lead to account termination

7. API Integration

  • Access to VTU APIs requires approval from GkingTopup support
  • Developers must adhere to usage guidelines and avoid abuse
  • Breach of API terms may result in suspension

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the App (logos, designs, texts) is the property of GkingTopup and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Privacy & Security

  • User data is encrypted and secured during transactions
  • GkingTopup adheres to data protection laws in Nigeria

10. Limitation of Liability

GkingTopup shall not be held liable for:

  • Failures due to external service providers (e.g. networks, cable providers)
  • Transaction errors due to incorrect user information
  • Losses caused by unauthorized account access due to user negligence

11. Modifications

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App implies acceptance of updated terms.

12. Termination

GkingTopup reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice.
